GATE STRUCTURE OF INJECTION MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate structure of an injection mold prevented from the occurrence of pressure loss and capable of enhancing the quality of a product (molded product). SOLUTION: A runner part 2 is connected to the lower end of a sprue part 1 provided in a vertical direction in the vicinity of its left-hand end. The runner part is provided in a horizontal direction and a first gate part 3a having a truncated cone cylindrical shape is vertically connected to the runner part 2 on the under side in the vicinity of the right-hand end of the runner part 2. A second gate part 3b having the truncated cone cylindrical shape is connected to the lower end of the first gate part so as to be inclined by 30-45° with respect to the center axis of the first gate part. The lower end of the second gate part is connected to the side of the product part 4a of a weight plate 4.
