Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration mechanism arranged for reducing the impact force when a movable eccentric weight collides with a stopper, thereby the collision noise can be reduced, worn particles can be restrained, and a fixed eccentric weight or the stopper can be prevented from being damaged, and to provide a vibration roller. SOLUTION: This vibration mechanism is provided with the movable eccentric weight 34 which is fit to a vibrating shaft 24 from the outside and can be rotated relatively with respect to the shaft 24 and the stopper 36 which is rotated together with the shaft 24 and controls the rotational displacement of the weight 34. A braking mechanism 39 is arranged for imparting the friction force to the weight 34 in order to disturb the rotation of the weight 34, in addition to the friction force between the weight 34 and the shaft 24 to be in fitted contact with the weight 34.
