Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a pulse booster circuit which can boost the crest values of periodical pulses by simple constitution. SOLUTION: When the voltage of an input terminal IN is "H", the output of an inverter 8 becomes "L", an FET 3 is switched off, and an FET5 is switched on. When the FET 5 is switched on, a capacitor 6 is charged with voltage Vcc via the FET5. Moreover, at this point of time, an FET9 is switched on and an output terminal OUT comes to grounding potential. Next, when an input terminal IN becomes "L", the output of an inverter 8 becomes "H", and a charge current flows to a capacitor 4 from the FET3, and the FET5 is switched off. Moreover, at this point of time, since the capacitor 6 is charged with voltage Vcc when the output of the inverter 8 becomes "H", the voltage of a junction B becomes 2Vcc.
