Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret condenser microphone of which the number of part items is reduced and the assembling accuracy is improved. SOLUTION: The electret condenser microphone is formed by stacking a back electrode board having an electret layer formed on a back electrode and a vibration membrane unit having a vibrating membrane fixed to a support frame, with a spacer between them, and the back electrode board has the back electrode formed on an insulating substrate integrally with the spacer, so that the assembling performance and the assembling accuracy are improved, and especially, the interval accuracy between the back electrode and the vibrating membrane is improved.
