| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed imaging signal recorder capable of recording an imaging signal at a frame rate not lower than that being limited by the format at a recording section. SOLUTION: The high speed imaging signal recorder is provided with an imaging section capable of outputting a high speed imaging signal having a frame rate not lower than that of the recording format at a recording section, a frame rate converting/buffering section for reading in an output signal from the imaging section and outputting it while converting into a frame rate not higher than that of the recording format at the recording section, a section for displaying the output signal from the frame rate converting/buffering section, and a section for recording the output signal from the frame rate converting/buffering section wherein the high speed imaging signal having a frame rate not lower than that of the recording format at the recording section is recorded and displayed while being converted into a frame rate not higher than that of the recording format at the recording section.
