Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a strain in an image, and to precisely correct the strain. SOLUTION: A calibration plate is imaged up in step A1, and the picked-up image is divided into a plurality of individual areas to calculate a transformation conversion coefficient of projection transformation in every of the individual areas. A moving amount of coordinates by the projection transformation is calculated the individual area by the individual area in step A2, based on the transformation coefficient found in step A1. The presence of the strain in the image is diagnosedly determined when the moving amount is larger than a prescribed value. Calibration for calculating a distance per one picture element is carried out based on the distance between two points of a picture element unit in the image and the distance between two points measured actually, in step A3.
