Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the display of a graphic form in a dimension not intended by a user in a graphic selecting processing. SOLUTION: This graphic display method comprises a coordinate transformation step for transforming the coordinate system of a graphic display area on the screen of a display device to the coordinate system of graphic data when the user designates a point in the graphic display area; a graphic candidate selection step for selecting graphic candidates from the graphic data on the basis of the coordinate of the point designated by the user within the graphic display area; and a graphic selection step for selecting the graphic to be displayed in the graphic display area on the screen of the display device from the graphic candidates.
