MOBILE DISPLAY EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile display equipment which can make display to a larger size by counterchanging vertical and horizontal displays in the state of maintaining an aspect ratio during video display like in television broadcasting and improves use-friendliness by automating the operation to change display output at this time. SOLUTION: The mobile display equipment comprises an inclination sensor means 101 which detects the inclination to a gravity direction or the inclination of a display device body, a rotation changing means which rotates and outputs the video data displayed and outputted according to the information on the inclination direction of the inclination sensor means and a video scaling means 103 which outputs the video data outputted from the rotation changing means 102 after subjecting the data to magnification or reduction processing. As a result, the output videos of a display screen are automatically subjected to rotation processing simply by inclining the mobile display equipment body and the videos can be displayed so as to be made largest in the state of simultaneously maintaining the aspect ratio of the display videos with respect to the display region.
