Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal type anemometer system capable of avoiding self-heating in an ambient temperature sensor, preventing a calibration error from occurring caused by mutual connection wiring, and allowing an easy operation in various velocity range. SOLUTION: In this thermal type anemometer, sensor heating is separated from sensor temperature measurement by switching type sampling technology. This technique has advantages compared with a general circuit using a bridge for conducting the heating of the sensor and detection of an environmental sensor temperature and a velocity sensor temperature at the same time. In the thermal type anemometer concerned in the present invention, the sensor temperature is determined by a sampled resistance value. The sensor temperature is controlled by changing a voltage impressed to the sensor, using an error value determined based on a difference between actual sensor resistance and desired resistance.
