DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR MEASURING SIZE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a size-measuring device, a size-measuring method, and a size-measuring program for measuring objects, which enable simple measurement of the size of a measuring object with only a small amount of work. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an imaging section 101 for imaging a package, an LED 103 for brightly illuminating the package, a marker light projector 105 for illuminating the center position of an imaging range of the imaging section 101 with laser beam, an image storage unit 107 for storing image data on the package imaged by the imaging section 101, an arithmetic section 109 for finding the size of the package from the image data stored in the storage unit 107 by arithmetic processing, a display unit 111 for displaying the image picked up by the imaging section 101 or information on the size of the package found by the processing section 109, and an operation unit 113 for an operator to give individual instructions.
