Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aggregate for obtaining a surface material depressing increase of the global temperature to the utmost without storing the energy on the surface of the globe to the utmost since it is required that heat is not stored in part (depth within a range of 2cm to 20cm) of the surface of the globe without raising the surface temperature of a road in terms of global worming prevention, reduction of cooling expenses, etc. SOLUTION: In the aggregate used by mixing with a solidification material or adhering to the solidification material, a hollow body is fixed around a core material as the center through an adhesive, and in the aggregate used by mixing with the solidification material or adhering to the material, a powder body is fixed around the core material as the center through the adhesive, and the hollow body is fixed.
