SOLID POWDERY EYE SHADOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powdery eye shadow which is excellent in transparency of a cosmetic film, molding property (impact resistance), and serviceability such as transferability to an applicator and spreadability on a coating layer, gives the cosmetic film not getting dark with the lapse of time and hardly suffering from changes in brightness even when wetted with sebum, and does not cause caking. SOLUTION: This solid powdery eye shadow comprises the following components (a)-(c): (a) a powder, provided that the content of a plate-like powder in the whole powder is at least 70 mass% and that the content of flake-like silicic anhydride in the whole plate-like powder is 5-80 mass%; (b) 1-10 mass% of a hydrocarbon wax powder; and (c) 10-20 mass% of an oily component which is pasty and/or liquid at room temperature.
