Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction type cooker, having a non-stick and being excellent in safety and durability. SOLUTION: Coating of fluororesin 1e is applied on upper surface of a top plate 1, excluding at least a projecting part 1b. Since the projecting part 1b of the top plate 1 where no fluororesin 1e is applied, receives a bottom of a pan 52, slippage of the pan 52 can be prevented to improve safety. The bottom part of the pan 52 does not abut on the fluororesin 1e, which prevents the bottom of the pan from being damaged by the friction of the fluororesin 1e, thus improving durability.
