SOLUTION: When an error is detected with a sensor group 107 or a sensor group 109 of a power generating system 101, an error code giving part 119 gives an error code and a diagnostic ID. A plurality of power generating systems 101 are connected to a control device 135 of a control company through a network 133. The control device 135 obtains the diagnostic ID of each user 131, and if maintenance is necessary, in accordance with the necessity, the power generating system 101 is controlled with a maintenance part 121 or the person in charge of maintenance in the control company conducts maintenance.
