Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase cooling capacity and stability and reliability of operation when radiated heat from a condenser forming a refrigerating cycle is recycled, and avoid the lowering of the life of a compressor. SOLUTION: This air processor comprises a cooler 2 using the refrigerating cycle C cooling air A, a heating part 3 connecting the refrigerant outflow side of a heat exchanger 3c for reheating to the refrigerant inflow side of the cooler 2 to heat the air A cooled by the cooler 2, a control valve 6 connected to the delivery side of the compressor, refrigerant inflow side of the condenser 5, and the refrigerant inflow side of the heat exchanger 3c for reheating and capable of controlling a flow distribution ratio for distributing the refrigerant delivered from the compressor into the condenser 5 and the heat exchanger 3c for reheating, and a controller 7 detecting the temperature of the temperature-controlled air A and controlling at least the control valve 6 based on the detected results.
