DRAIN HOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain hose allowing the stable fitting of an outer tubular member for insulation and also the stable connection by increasing the deformation strength of a connection tubular body connected to a drain port. SOLUTION: In this drain hose 1 formed by fitting the connection tubular body 4 connected to the drain outlet 3 of an air conditioner to one end of a hose body 2 covered by the outer tubular member 40 for insulation. A binding member 45 fastening the end part of the outer tubular member 40 from the outside is fitted into an annular recessed groove 32 formed on the outer peripheral surface side of the connection tubular body 4. Thus, the physical binding thereof with the outer tubular member 40 is increased, and the outer tubular member 40 can be stably installed. In addition, since the strength of the recessed groove 32 portion is increased, the deformation strength of the connection tubular body 4 can be increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
