EARTH RETAINING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a stable earth retaining quality without requiring much construction labor. SOLUTION: In this earth retaining structure, an earth retaining wall P1 is arranged for freely receiving lateral pressure from the back ground G2; a plurality of support object parts 4 are arranged at an interval in the longitudinal direction in a plan view on the earth retaining wall P1; a plurality of support parts 5 for freely supporting the earth retaining wall P1 against the lateral pressure acting on the earth retaining wall P1 are respectively arranged on the back ground G2 side in response to the support object parts 4; and a connector P3 is arranged for dynamically connecting the support object parts 4 and the support parts 5. The connector P3 is composed of a rope-like body 1 of alternately stretching over the respective support object parts 4 and support parts 5, and the rope-like body 1 is installed in a state of allowing tensile force acting between the end parts to act in the direction for drawing the stretched whole support object parts 4 and support parts 5.
