Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing panel for a sound absorbing wall enhancing sound absorbing performance and improving landscape, drivers' cruising performance, and the like. SOLUTION: This sound absorbing panel 10 has a frame body 14 formed by connecting an upper lateral frame 11 and a lower lateral frame 12 having opposed grooves, through a plurality of vertical frames 13; a front plate 15 fixed to the frame body by inserting an upper edge part and a lower edge part in the grooves of the upper and lower lateral frames; and a sound absorbing material 17 provided in the frame body being wrapped in a color nonwoven fabric 16. Punched holes 18 of regular hexagonal shape arranged regularly in the front plate 15 to describe a honeycomb pattern are provided to set the numerical aperture rate of the front plate to 65% or more, and the sound absorbing material 17 is disposed on the back side of the front plate 15 to form the sound absorbing panel 10.
