SHIP STEERING DEVICE FOR ENABLING SHIP TO GO OFFSHORE AND COME ALONGSIDE PIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship steering device for enabling a ship to go offshore and come alongside a pier, capable of safely and easily steering the ship for enabling the ship to go offshore and come alongside the pier while checking the longitudinal direction of the ship by a display panel in a steerage frame on the ship. SOLUTION: The steerage frames 3 for enabling the ship to go offshore and come alongside the pier are stood on both sides of the ship, respectively. A steerer 7 facing a bow controls the direction of a pod propeller of a stern by the operation of a round handle 4, controls the thrust of the pod propeller by the operation of an up-and-down type handle 5, and moreover can control a jet direction and the thrust of a bow side thruster by the operation of a right and left sliding type handle 6, while checking the direction of the ship displayed so as to set a bow upward on the display panel 8 on the frame 3. When the steerer steers the ship facing the stern on the opposite side of the frame 3, the display panel 8 can be automatically reversed by pulleys 12, 13 and a belt 14 by inclining an arm 10 on the opposite side.
