Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can produce a thin and uniform ceramic layer excellent in adhesion on a porous member. SOLUTION: Pores 20A are filled with YSZ particles 8 by a suction filtration molding apparatus 1A (first lamination process). In this process, the YSZ particles 8 penetrate into the pores 20A in a cathode substrate 20 deeply and form a three-dimensional network at the interface with the cathode substrate 20 to develop an anchor effect. Next, by electrophoresis using the cathode substrate 20 as an electrode, the YSZ particles 8 are deposited on the surface of the cathode substrate 20 (second lamination process). In this process, since the YSZ particle 8 are deposited uniformly on the surface of the cathode substrate 20, the entire surface of the cathode substrate 20 can be covered with the YSZ particles 8 even if a deposition layer is not made thick. By this constitution, a thin and uniform solid electrolyte layer 21 excellent in the adhesion with the cathode substrate 20 can be produced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
