Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP member for a discharge device having lightweight properties and high rigidity, and the discharge device made of FRP using the FRP member. SOLUTION: The FRP member for the discharge device includes a corrosion-resistant layer and a reinforced layer both of which are constituted of reinforcing fibers and a matrix resin. The reinforcing fibers of the reinforced layer contain carbon fibers and the mass ratio of the carbon fibers with respect to the whole reinforcing fibers of the reinforced layer is 2-50%.
