Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which a moving body can be extracted and picked up and existence of the moving body can be detected. SOLUTION: The imaging device is provided with a plurality of pixels G11 to Gmn having photo diodes PD, logarithm conversion parts converting outputs of the photo diodes PD into electric signals proportional to logarithm values of incident light quantity and integrated circuits IT accumulating logarithm conversion part outputs, a voltage control part 10 controlling a voltage given to a transistor T2 and an output circuit 8 receiving signals from the respective pixels and outputting them. The voltage control part 10 accumulates a first signal outputted from the diode PD through the logarithm conversion part L in the integrated circuit IT in a state where a first voltage is applied to the transistor T2 at the time of image pickup, applies a second voltage to the transistor at the time of resetting the transistor T2 so as to reset the transistor, accumulates a second signal obtained by resetting in the integrated circuit IT and sets an absolute value of a difference between the second voltage and the first voltage becomes smaller than a value when a usual imaging state is obtained.
