Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the state of a line connecting a fire receiver and a smoke prevention and discharge terminal and the operation state of the smoke prevention and discharge terminal by simple configuration. SOLUTION: A disaster prevention system in which the fire receiver and the smoke prevention and discharge terminal are connected through a pair of lines to which a prescribed voltage is applied comprises: a drive signal detection means for operating the smoke prevention and discharge terminal upon detecting a prescribed monitoring voltage higher than the prescribed monitoring voltage in the pair of lines; a response signal generation means for supplying a prescribed terminal operation response voltage higher than the one when the pair of lines are short-circuited and lower than the prescribed monitoring voltage to the pair of lines when the smoke prevention and discharge terminal is operated; and a state detection means for detecting the disconnection and short circuit state of the pair of lines and the operation state of the smoke prevention and discharge terminal by detecting the voltage appearing in the pair of lines.
