DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRESENTING FAULTY POSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide of a quick and accurate maintenance service by automatically leading and indicating suspected component information on the basis of a flag code, an error log or the like independently of a maintenance manual or the like when a fault is caused, in a faulty position indication device and a faulty position indication method. SOLUTION: The faulty position indication device is provided with an error log for collecting and storing the fault information of the device, a means for analyzing the error log dividing the cause of the fault of the device and outputting the divided result as a flag code, a means for analyzing the flag code and generating suspected component information, and a means for indicating the generated suspected component information.
