SOLUTION: The Tatami Toko(base) 1 is formed by laminating wood fiber plates 2A and plastic foam plates 2B in a plurality of layers. Bonding between the wood fiber plates 2A, between the plastic foam plates 2B or between the wood fiber plate 2A and the plastic foam plate 2B is performed by one or a plurality of strips of adhesive parts 3 provided continuously or intermittently in the cross direction, and a sewn part 6 is further provided along the longitudinal direction at the center and/or both edges in the cross direction.
