Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film roll improved in the flatness likely to deteriorate due to wrinkles generating with the time owing to a humidity change and ensuring an improved yield by decreasing greatly the generation of bonding agent repulsion to cause the flatness to deteriorate when it is used in a flexible printed circuit. SOLUTION: The polyimide film roll is formed by winding a polyimide film on a takeup core, wherein the water absorption of the takeup core at 60% RH is equal to or less than 9% and the outer shape change due to humidity of the core is equal to or less than 0.3%.
