Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mannan mixture, with which glucomannan being a main component of refined flour of konjak is mixed with dietary fiber powder such as sea tangle, dissolved in water or warm water and taken by drinking. SOLUTION: The mannan mixture 5 is produced by immersing refined flour 1 of konjak ground into about 40 meshes in an alcohol solution, deodorizing the refined flour of konjak, removing 2 components except glucomannan to give high-purity glucomannan, finely grinding 3 the high-purity glucomannan into about 120 meshes and mixing 4 high-purity fine glucomannan with a marine alga such as sea tangle being a dietary fiber, etc. The mannan mixture is blended 4a with granules obtained by mixing high-purity fine glucomannan with starch.
