Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device in which a connector terminal and a board can be connected without using wire bonding. SOLUTION: The control device comprises a case 2 to which a connector 8 is integrated, and the board 3 in which an electronic circuit for the control device is constituted. The board 3 is fixed inside the case 2, and a connecting terminal 5 of the connector 8, and a connecting terminal of the board 3, are connected with a solder material 7. In the vicinity of the connecting part of the connecting terminal of the board 3 and the connector terminal 5 formed of the solder material, the board 3 and the case 2 are connected and fixed with a nonconductive adhesive 6 of a non-flow type. In a part other than the vicinity of the connecting part of the connecting terminal of the board 3 and the connector terminal 5 formed of the solder material, the board 3 and the case 2 are connected and fixed with a silicone adhesive 9.
