SOLUTION: This rim perfect circle forming device for the wheel includes a step for assembling and welding the rim 2 and a disk 3, and a process for extending at least one of a flange part 4 and a bead sheet part 5 of the rim to the radial direction by extension pieces 14 and 15 divided into a plurality of pieces along the circumferential direction and plastically deforming it in order to form the perfect circle after assembling and welding; and is provided with a center guide 11, a pair of molds 12 and 13, and the extension pieces 14 and 15 divided along the circumferential direction.
