Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide immobilizing substrate and a detection method of polymorphism using it capable of detecting existence of the objective polymorphism only by one point on an oligonucleotide immobilizing base material even when another variation or polymorphism exists near the objective basic polymorphism. SOLUTION: Existence of an array is detected by performing hybridization with a nucleic acid by using this oligonucleotide immobilizing base material having a characteristic wherein a captured oligonucleotide is intermingled and immobilized on the same portion of the base material, which is the oligonucleotide immobilizing base material having a plurality of kinds of captured oligonucleotides immobilized on the base material, for detecting by the hybridization whether an array corresponding to at least one of the oligonucleotides exists in a sample nucleic acid or not.
