SOLUTION: Tubes 2 are arranged with the upper end faces located lower than the upper face of an upper side tube sheet 3. In an upper channel 1 at a position above the upper side tube sheet 3, a distribution plate 4 is arranged for supplying the liquid while dripping it near the plurality of tubes 2 arranged on the upper side tube sheet 3.
