TIDE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tide structure for minimizing cost such as a construction cost and a maintenance cost. SOLUTION: This tide structure is composed of quays 2 constructed on both banks in the vicinity of a river mouth, a sheet-like water cut-off member 1 for stretching a curtain so as to cross between these quays 2 and having the lower edge fixed to the water bottom vicinity, a lifting member 3 connected to the upper edge of the sheet-like water cut-off member 1, a guide means 4 for liftably guiding the lifting member 3 between the water bottom vicinity and a high tide position and a driving means for liftably driving the lifting member along the guide means 4.
