Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut grass compost suitable for suppressing the growth of weed in a plant culture field to be suitable for effectively utilizing the cut grass to be domestic waste, and to provide its production method, a cut grass mixed compost and a cut grass compost extracted liquid. SOLUTION: A material to be fermented which includes the cut grass is formed into the compost by the biologically degradation using fermentation microorganism composed mainly of one or more kinds of microorganisms belonging to Bacillus as a 1st fermentation process. The compost obtained in the 1st fermentation process is further fermented and ripened to make the cut grass compost in a 2nd fermentation process. The 2nd fermentation process is carried out so that pH is ≥6.0 to ≤9.5, EC concentration is ≥0.5 dSm-1/cm to ≤4 dSm-1/cm and C/N is ≥10 to ≤30 in the resultant cut grass compost.
