| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator with no machine room capable of appropriately inhibiting alarming of an erroneous alarm by the inspection action state during the inspection work of the elevator. SOLUTION: An elevator control device 15 for controlling traveling of a car 12 is arranged in a hoistway 11 or a box body 16 of a three-sided frame at an elevator hall. A remote monitoring terminal device 17 is provided in the hoistway 11 and transmits the operation state of the elevator control device 15 to a remote monitoring device of an elevator maintenance center far away.
