On the other side of the holding part 11, a second engagement member 15 having a second engagement projection 14 facing the engagement surface 7 of the other step part 5b at a middle part, with an end surface 14a on each side part applied to an outer circumferential part of a main body part 2 at each side position of the step part 5b, is provided.
