Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laser beam machining for suppressing the redeposits (debris) of machining-spatters, which is generated by the laser beam machining, onto the surface to be machined when irradiating the surface of a workpiece with a laser beam to machine the workpiece by abrasion or hot melt. SOLUTION: The method for laser beam machining is a method for irradiating the surface 10 of a workpiece 9 with a laser beam 26 to machine the workpiece by abrasion or hot melt. In the method, the machining-spatters and debris 15, which are generated from the laser beam 26 applying area on the surface 10 of the workpiece 9, are positively deposited onto a adsorption plate 14 by using a magnetic field.
