Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of preventing a deterioration during long storage. SOLUTION: A barrel 10 has a commonly used tubular shape having a closed end with a spout 11. A plunger 20 comprises an operation flange part 23 and a hollow cylindrical trunk part 22 having a medicine storing part 21 inside, and is insertable into and removable from the barrel 10. A through hole 24 at the front edge of the trunk part 22 is opened and closed by a valve 42 provided at the front edge of an operating member 41 of an operating means 40. The flange part 23 of the plunger 20 is provided with an operating hole 25 and an air vent 26 for operating the operating member 41 by using a tab 43. When storing, the plunger 20 is inserted into the barrel 10 while holding a medicine solution D inside, and when injecting, the through hole 24 is opened and the medicine solution D is transferred to the barrel 10.
