Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing a human parvovirus (HPV) antigen protein and enabling to measure the HPV or the anti-HPV antibody in a specimen at a high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The specific human parvovirus gene, polypeptide coded by the gene and a system for measuring HPV or anti-HPV antibody are provided. The gene domain containing HPV nonstructural gene and structural gene can obtain a recombinant antigen usable for radio-immunoassay diagnosis, enzyme immunoassay diagnosis or the like by introducing whole sequence or DNA fragments obtained by PCR (polymerase chain reaction) method into a known expression vector, being expressed in host cells transformed by the expression vector.
