Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator unit for a fuel cell for appropriately using in the fuel cell. SOLUTION: The regulator unit comprises a regulator 11 for regulating a pressure of fuel gas, fed from a primary port 12, in response to a pilot pressure and discharging the gas from a secondary port 14; an air exhaust valve 310 for exhausting pilot air, fed from an introduction port 378 by displacing a valve element 338 under a magnetizing action of a solenoid portion 314, from a discharging port 380; and a shut-off valve 400, the regulator 11 and the air exhaust valve 310 are integrally installed to a unit body 13 and the shut-off valve 400 is joined to the unit body 13.
