Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card type fare adjusting device and card type fare adjusting method for reducing the time required for card processing when persons ride on a route bus. SOLUTION: When persons get on a route bus, inherent numbers of card type tickets are read by a getting-on card processor, and are combined with places where persons ride to be stored in a data storage memory. When the inherent numbers of the card type tickets read by a getting-off card processor at the time when persons get off the route bus are not stored in the data storage memory, the device determines that the persons got on the bus at a considered bus stop, and then performs fare adjustment.
