Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily predict an outbreak of a plant disease and propose a microorganism material effective for controlling the plant disease to an agricultural producer. SOLUTION: An area in which the agricultural producer wants to produce, kinds of target plants, methods for growing the plants, information on weather in a period of the cultivation and information on the surroundings of a farmland are inputted to a host computer 2. Prescribed data are extracted from databases 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 22, and the predicted plant disease, the microorganism material to be used against the plant disease, and a plant-disease outbreak risk rate are obtained by a plant disease extraction means 11, a risk rate computing means 17 and a microorganism material extraction means 19, and then outputted from the host computer 2.
