PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device equipped with an enhanced performance at a low cost by introducing such an arrangement that foregoing sheet feeding is conducted without additional provision of a proprietary sensor or resist roller. SOLUTION: The sliding amount at the time of being picked up is measured when the sheet is fed, and the sliding amount is canceled previously at the time of foregoing sheet feeding.
