Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mix-up or the like of medicines by comparing the medicines with prescriptions when preparing and coinjecting transfusions and medicines all together for all the patient to be infused or to be injected. SOLUTION: A check system for transfusion comprises a means for issuing an identification marker 5 according to prescription information of each patient, a means for preparing medicine summarization list based on the prescription information, a pharmacy server 2 for storing the prescription information, and a mobile terminal apparatus 9 for acquiring the prescription information before being entered into the pharmacy server 2 or after being entered into the pharmacy server 2 and for comparing the prescription information with the identification marker 5 read from the medicine. When preparing a medicine, the issued identification marker 5 in the prescription information of a patient is compared with the identification marker of the medicine selected from a plurality of medicines prepared on the basis of a medicine summarization list. In addition, when coinjecting, the identification markers of the transfusion and the medicine to be coinjected are read out and are compared with the prescription information.
