Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a convenient vacuum-packed roasted meat hardly having bacteria attached thereto on use and hardly causing reduction of the touch feeling and deliciousness. SOLUTION: This method for producing the vacuum-packed roasted meat comprises a step for seasoning a lump 2 of the meat, a step for slicing the seasoned lump 2 of the meat, a step for vacuum-packing the sliced lump 2 of the meat while keeping the original shape of the lump 2 of the meat, a step for heating the vacuum-packed and sliced lump 2 of the meat to sterilize and cook the lump 2 of the meat, and a step for cooling the lump 2 of the meat after the heating step.
