Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning control device achieving reduction in setting time while maintaining stable control over the speed and position of a motor. SOLUTION: When the actual speed of the motor is equal to or higher than a deviation from the rated speed of the motor that is preset near the positioning completion, the speed and position of the motor are controlled by a first position loop gain controller 20, an acceleration feedforward compensator 23 and a speed feedforward compensator 24. When the actual speed of the motor is lower than the above-mentioned deviation, the speed and position of the motor are controlled by a second position loop gain controller 25 and a phase compensator 26.
