PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental product management support system for managing the rental members by using the card identification codes of credit cards, and also to provide its device, and to provide its program. SOLUTION: The system includes an operating part 102 for receiving the lending processing instruction of a rental product, and a returning processing instruction; a card reader 101 for reading the card identification code of the credit card; a bar code reader 105 for reading a merchandise identification code from a bar code stuck to the rental product; a lending information storage part 210 for storing the card identification code and merchandise identification code, which are read at lending, as lending information by linkage; a rental fee calculating part 203 for calculating the rental fee, based on the merchandise identification code read at returning and the lending information stored in the information storage part 210; and a credit-processing part 204 for requesting the settlement of the rental fee to a credit settlement server 3a, etc., based on the card identification code read at lending.
