Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device with enhanced reliability for the protection of the device or electronic information. SOLUTION: This security device comprises a positional information acquisition part for acquiring its own positional information, and a collation part for controlling the propriety of use of an object of protection on the basis of the positional information. This device further comprises a cipher generation part for generating a cipher on the basis of the positional information, and a cipher recording part for recording the generated cipher. The cipher generation part generates a reference cipher in the initial setting of the object of protection, and the collation part collates the reference cipher with a comparative cipher and enables the use of the object of protection when they are matched to each other.
