Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the occurrence of detective fixing in continuously feeding paper in the fixing device of an induction heating system to fix a toner image on a recording medium by heat and pressure by passing through the recording medium between a pair of endless belts. SOLUTION: The fixing device possesses the pair of the endless belts 1 and 2 which run and are driven by abutting on each other and consist of a non-magnetic body, a heating body 7 arranged at the inside of the endless belt 1 and abutting on the inside surface of the endless belt 1, and a coil 8 to heat the heating body 7 by generating an induction electric current at the heating body 7, and the heat of the heating body 7 is imparted to the toner image T on the recording medium P through the endless belt 1, so that the toner image T is fixed.
