Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic fish finder having improved resolution, capable of solving the problem wherein, when fishes are small and, for example, two fishes are overlapped, the pulse width of an ultrasonic wave irradiated from an ultrasonic vibrator is wide, and resultantly the displayed fishes are not discriminated as two fishes but displayed as merely one school of fish. SOLUTION: The constitution is the same as a conventional example, wherein 2 is the ultrasonic vibrator, 3 is a receiver, 4 is an A/D conversion part, 5 is a storage device, 6 is an image signal converter, and 7 is a display device. In this invention, a 1/N frequency divider 11 connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 2, a gate circuit 12 connected to the input side of the 1/N frequency divider 11, and an N-time frequency oscillator 13 connected to the input side of the gate circuit 12 are connected additionally as an oscillator 1.
