Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent fatigue fracture by improving reliability in fatigue diagnosis on structures such as light poles and sign poles in roads. SOLUTION: A fatigue diagnostic device 20 is integrally incorporated in an light pole 10 with a fatigue diagnostic function from the beginning of its installation. The fatigue diagnostic device 20 comprises: an oscillation sensor 21 for measuring the magnitude of oscillations at an intermediate height section 10B of the light pole 10; an accumulating part for accumulating the number of oscillations by magnitude from the beginning of its installation to the present day measured by the oscillation sensor 21; and a display part 24 for displaying accumulated data or fatigue data on a light pole base part 10A (section to be diagnosed) derived from the data.
